Paul W. Zuber
is the Director of Legislative Affairs for Powers & Company strategic advisory and consulting firm. After earning his law degree from the University of Maryland , Mr. Zuber served as a Legislative Counsel for the New York State Senate Majority Counsel/Program.
While serving as Legislative Counsel, Mr. Zuber provided legal support and analysis of all budget bills passed by the New York State Senate, and assisted the Senate Majority Leader in the negotiation and implementation of the New York State Budget. He has extensive experience in legislative issues relating to transportation, alcohol and beverage control, and human rights.
In 2001, Governor George E. Pataki appointed Mr. Zuber to the Hudson Valley Community College Board of Trustees. Mr. Zuber also serves as a Legislative Aide for the Troy City Council.
